History is a marvelous teacher.  Be a student of it.  Learn from your errors and those of others and growth will be exponential.]]></description>

In my experience business owners will fill in the blanks for what success is for their children and their business.  For many, the definitions are very different.  I believe it&#039;s important to let the owner of a goal be the author of what that goal is.
